In-house manufacturing capacity
With an in-house manufacturing capacity exceeding 45 MW per week, thanks to the latest-generation, robotized, computer-controlled roll-forming technology, combined with the experience of the manufacturing team. The structures are produced from steel as raw material, using different grades depending on the requirements of each project. These structures are composed of cold-formed profiles, always manufactured according to applicable standards (UNE-EN 10162, UNE-EN 1090, etc.), achieving maximum product precision. To ensure maximum durability, the profiles undergo a final coating treatment following the relevant standards: hot-dip galvanizing according to UNE-EN ISO 1461, and Zinc-Magnesium coatings according to UNE-EN 10346. Throughout the galvanizing process, strict controls are carried out to ensure quality and acceptance in the different destination countries (UNE EN ISO 1461, ASTM 123, NMX-H-004-SCFI-2008, JIS H 8641, etc.).
